The Mystic East India is world famous for its scenic beauty and salubrious climate and is home to various tribes who have their unique cultures and traditions. What is relatively less known about this region is that there are innumerable varieties of flora and fauna which grow only in Mystic East India, thanks to the pristine and undisturbed beauty of nature.

Among these amazing varieties of flora and fauna, there are many high functionality spices and crops. These are produced by minimal use of chemicals (pesticides and insecticides) and thus have a signature taste and aroma.

We are focusing on "Producing", “Procuring”, “Processing” and “Presentation” of spices and grains to the discerning customer. The spices being presented by us are sourced via “Ethical Farming” method having minimum usage of chemicals/ ensuring organic produce.

We are a startup who have got all regulatory permissions like FSSAI, GST registrations and Spice Board certification for exports.

All claims of high functionality of our products can be validated by test reports from accredited food testing laboratories.

Dr. Asok Saha is one of India’s most renowned and accomplished agriculturist with high accolades and awards in the field of Potato (True potato seed, processing type Potato, conventional Potato), Rice (Black rice, Low GI rice, Non basmati traditional aromatic rice, Medicinal rice, Indigenous rice), Mustard and Peanuts.

He completed his PhD. in Agriculture in the year 1995. He is currently a Professor & Ex-Head- Department of Agronomy, Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya (North Bengal Agriculture University), Pundibari, Coochbehar, West Bengal.

He has more than 30 years of Undergraduate, Post Graduate teaching and Research experience.

6 students have been awarded PhD degree (and 2 students continuing) under his direct supervision. Also, 15 students have been awarded Master Degree under his direct supervision

He has had 14 paper publications in National and International journals. Some examples as below:

• Evaluation of Quality Parameters of Seven Processing Type Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) Cultivars in the Eastern Sub-Himalayan Plains.
• System Productivity of Rice-Rapeseed Mustard on Terms of Rice Equivalent Yield.
• Effect of cultivar and date on sowing on oil yield and yield attributes of rapeseed and mustard.

He has worked on multiple government funded research projects like:

• “Develop sustainable potato based production system for Eastern plains with the use of True Potato Seed” (ICAR Project).
• “Scaling up of water productivity in Agriculture for livelihoods through Teaching cum Demonstration, training of Trainers and Farmers” (ICAR Project).
• Seed Potato (Minituber) Production and Commercialization in Northern Plains and Hilly Region of West Bengal (RKVY Project).

He is a lifetime member of:

• Indian Potato Association, CPRI, Shimla ,
• Association of Rice Research Workers (ARRW), CRRI, Cuttack, Odisha;
• COBACAS, UBKV.

He has participated in various Conferences like:

• International potato e-conference- New paradigms in food security and industrial applications (23-26 November, 2021).

Mr. Shriram Singh is a Senior Banker having 20 years of experience in providing Investment Advisory Sevices to UHNIs and Family offices, while working in MNCs like HSBC Bank & RBS Coutts and NBFCs like Reliance Capital, IIFL Wealth Managment, Edelweiss Capital and JM Financial. He has keen interest in sustainability and has provided his services as Climate Champion at HSBC bank and as Employee Director on the board of RBS Coutts Foundation nurturing many sustainability projects in India. He is also a member of Think Tank advising Niti Aayog on doubling the farmers income and Organic Agriculture with ZBNF (Zero Budget Natural Farming).

He is also associated with think tank “iwatch” “wakeupcall.org” focusing on Organic Farming and Green Technologies. He is advisor to incubators like Jagriti Enterprise Network/Jagriti Yatra , Indigram Labs Foundation and Deshpande Foundation, Hubli and Varanasi Sandbox. He has expertise in multi-layer organic agriculture and currently his team is managing few large farms including that of Mr Nitinji Gadkari in Nagpur. He is a committee member of the World Hindu Economic Forum(WHEF), Mumbai Chapter and Ex Chair of IMC-YLF (Youth wing of Indian Merchant Chamber) Mumbai.

He is topper from Nagpur University in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from FMS Delhi. He is a part of Organic We Community based in Mumbai consisting of all farmers owned brands doing Farmers Market in various parts of Mumbai and Nagpur. He is currently freelancing as SEBI registered Investment Advisor and now working in Bio CNG projects at various location and Amrit Krishi at Nagpur and Jharkhand and Lake Rejuvenation/resurrection by using Vaidic Science.
